Fitment and configuration
Review diameter, width, rim contour, bolt pattern, center bore, offset and brake clearance. Any modification requires configuration review and model approval.
Finish and brand packaging
Discuss paint, polished or machined finishes, center caps, labels and carton artwork where available. Tooling, minimum quantities and artwork approval are agreed in the quotation.
Samples and technical evidence
Agree a sample schedule, production drawing, required test reports and acceptance criteria before a batch order.
Packing and delivery
Use face protection, separators and approved carton or pallet arrangements. Container quantities require actual packed dimensions, gross mass and stack limits.
After-delivery support
Contact our team with the product code, batch information and photographs for review. Warranty scope, replacement terms and response arrangements are agreed in the sales contract.
Installation and maintenance
Use qualified installers and the approved vehicle or equipment instructions. Never mix unmatched multi-piece rim components. Mounting torque and operating limits must come from the approved specification.
